Shipping Information
- Free Delivery: We offer FREE tracked delivery for all orders over £50.00.
- Order Processing: Orders received on weekdays before 14:00 BST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on Monday.
- Estimated Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is dispatched.
- Order Changes: Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. If you have questions after your order arrives, contact our Customer Support Team at Support@ignexio.com.
Shipping Methods
- Next Working Day Tracked Delivery: £5.99 (orders placed before 14:00PM)
- Standard Tracked Delivery: £2.99 (3-5 working days)
- Free Tracked Delivery: For orders £50 and above (3-5 working days)
Out of Stock
In the unlikely event a product from your order is out of stock, we will work with you to replace it with a product of equal value. If no alternative can be found, we can issue a refund for that product and ship out the remaining items in your order.
Pre-Orders
We cannot process any orders until all products within the order are available in stock. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, they will be shipped together when the pre-ordered product arrives.
Fees
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order. Please check your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This applies to all orders, including those with free shipping. If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, these charges will be deducted from any refunds.
Late or Lost Orders
When placing your order, ensure that you provide the correct delivery address. Ignexio takes no responsibility for missing parcels sent to the wrong address or those requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding. Any discrepancies regarding missing or lost items must be reported in writing via email to Support@ignexio.com within 10 working days from the dispatch date.
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend it. If you refuse to pay this shipping cost, it will be deducted from any refunds.
Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered
This can occur when items are sent to a workplace. In some cases, your item may be delivered to a post room or signed for by a colleague. If this happens, you can submit a missing mail search request through our website.
Please note: We do not refund or replace tracked items that show as delivered. Therefore, we recommend having items delivered to a secure address.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it may have been flagged by our fraud filter as potentially fraudulent. If you believe this is an error, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you are using and attempt checkout again. Alternatively, you may try ordering with a PayPal account. If you do not have PayPal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.
