We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product.

Return Policy Overview

All items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed and must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ignexio Collection offers a 14-day return policy from the delivery date.

NOTICE: We offer refunds only and not exchanges. If tags have been removed or tampered with in any way, this will deem the item non-returnable/refundable. Any items returned to us with tags removed will be sent back to you.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Prepare the Item: Package the item unworn with the original tags and labels attached. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Include Invoice: Please include the original invoice marked next to each item along with the reason for the refund. If you no longer have the invoice, you can attach the email confirmation of your order that includes your name and order number to help us locate your return.
  3. Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. However, we provide a returns portal that will help you find the best shipping rates for your area.

What Happens Next?

  1. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team and processed.
  2. Please allow up to 15 working days after it has arrived at our warehouse for your refund to be dispatched.
  3. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation from our team once your refund has been processed.

Order Delivery Costs

  1. Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary based on the delivery service you select, the destination country, and the quantity of goods ordered.
  2. The initial delivery cost for your order will not be refunded.
  3. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Returning Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact Ignexio Collection to arrange a return with our customer service team.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Services, including the details listed below where possible:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the defect

Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so ensure they are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. Underwear items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If you are returning an item that was shipped with a free item, the free item must also be returned. If it is not returned, the sale price of the free item will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Once you have submitted your return preference on the portal, we cannot guarantee any changes or alterations can be made. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the returned item via your original payment method.
